About the Marshall Courtyard

The Marshall Family Courtyard

Entering the Marshall Family Courtyard through the Main Entrance arches symbolizes the transition from secular to spiritual. And yet—with numerous separate garden areas, including the Mason Family

Garden and Fleekop Family Garden—this space is much more than a pass-through.

Serving as a welcome gathering place after High Holiday services, an entryway to many facility amenities or simply a spot for quiet reflection, the Marshall Courtyard creates layers of experiences even

before entering the Mack Sanctuary.

A circular design provides entry to the Gift Shop’s entrance. There is also access to the School, Kantor Adult Library, Gordon Administrative Offices and Polis Lobby.

Areas found in the Marshal Family Courtyard were sponsored by both the Mason Family and the Fleekop Family.

You can see the different areas with their names carved into special stones in each section of the courtyard.

Dunn Family Gates

Sponsored by the Dunn Family, the Dunn Family Gates are inscribed with the following Jewish blessings.
