At Congregation Ner Tamid, The Gary & Lynn Kantor Early Childhood Education Center is your family’s gateway to our Temple and a perfect place to begin your child’s Jewish and secular educational journey. We offer full and half day schedules for Infants – Pre-Kindergarten. Our program offers play-based learning, focusing on developmentally appropriate practices. At CNT’s Kantor ECEC, Jewish learning comes to life on a daily basis. It’s where children celebrate Shabbat and Jewish holidays and where Jewish values are not just taught, but lived. Under the direction of Farrah Berlin-Tomaro, CNT’s Kantor ECEC is the model for Preschool programs nationwide. Our experienced and highly-trained staff encourages intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth through hands-on, child directed activities in a warm and nurturing environment, and our open-door policy and family programs encourage comfort and socialization between families, teachers, and our synagogue. Family relationships and community building are fundamental in our program.
